The immediate assumption? “Something’s wrong with the LMS.” But one of the first things we say is: “Have you opened it in the latest version of your authoring app and republished it?”
More often than not, that simple step resolves the issue.
Articulate 360 is evolving – your published output needs to keep up
Articulate 360 is constantly improving. Updates enhance:
- Browser compatibility
- Mobile responsiveness
- SCORM and xAPI behaviour
- Performance and load times
- Accessibility support
But those improvements don’t automatically apply to your existing courses. They only take effect when you republish your content in the latest version.

Your course might still be well designed, accurate and completely fit for purpose but the environment around it has changed:

Particularly for:

- High-use modules
- Business-critical learning

Republishing is also a natural checkpoint. While you have your course open, it’s worth asking:
- Is this still accurate?
- Are screenshots up to date?
- Can we simplify the content?
