Session 1: Using AI Assistant for Storyline 360

Edit and Customise Course Content

Session 2: Using AI Assistant for Rise 360

Create a Course from Scratch

These training sessions are designed for experienced users of Articulate 360, and it is recommended that participants have previously completed our Storyline 360 Basic and Rise 360+ training or have an equivalent level of skill.

Purchasers should have an active Articulate 360 AI subscription. A sample storyboard and related materials will be provided to use during this workshop-style session.

This session is not focused for beginners. Rather, our focus will be on how to enhance your existing skills by leveraging the Articulate AI Assistant for course development.

Matt Blackstock is one of Australia’s most experienced eLearning professionals and your facilitator for the eLearning Design Workshop. With over 20+ years in online learning and development, Matt combines deep technical expertise with a warm, engaging delivery style that makes complex topics feel clear and approachable.

What sets Matt apart is his ability to bring content to life. With a background in drama and performance, he knows how to keep online sessions dynamic and energising. Participants consistently comment on his clarity, humour and ability to make even the trickiest features feel doable.

As a Certified Articulate Trainer and Learning Manager at B Online Learning, Matt has worked with clients across government, healthcare, education and major brands like Lion, Australian Border Force, BAE Systems, Sydney Airport, Charles Sturt University, Yancoal, Agriculture Victoria and Santos. A PC (or Mac with Windows) with an active Articulate 360 subscription or trial installed.

Attendees should have an active Articulate AI Assistant subscription. If you don’t, we can arrange a trial before the workshop.

How to access training

Participants will receive an email with access details to Birch Learning Platform 1 week prior to the start date of the training.  Log in to Birch to get access to Zoom, workshop files and Articulate Rise online guide.

Session Time and Breaks

Session 1 – 10am – 12pm

Break – 30 minutes

Session 2 – 12.30pm – 230pm

Microphones will be muted throughout the session, but questions can be asked via the question and answer panel in Zoom. All sessions will have tasks for participants to try following the session. Therefore, participants should have a PC (or Mac with Windows) with an Articulate® Rise subscription or trial installed.

Your place in the workshop is secured once full payment has been received.

Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel:

  • Cancel 30+ days before the workshop – receive a full refund
  • Cancel 14–29 days before the workshop – receive a 50% refund
  • Cancel within 14 days of the workshop – no refund available

Need to Reschedule?
If you can’t attend, you can transfer your enrolment to a future Virtual Event for a $100 transfer fee. Please advise at least 7 days before the start date.

In the Unlikely Event of Cancellation
B Online Learning reserves the right to cancel a workshop. If this occurs, we’ll notify you at least 7 days in advance and provide a full refund.
