Storyline 360 Training: From Foundations to Applied Interactivity
Our revised Articulate Storyline 360 Certified training places renewed emphasis on mastering the platform’s core building blocks.
In the updated Basic workshop, participants now build a complete project from a blank file. No starter templates. No pre-built course shells. Over two days, an Introduction to Project Management module is developed from the ground up. The objective is clear: if you understand slides, layers, states, triggers and timeline behaviour at a foundational level, you can build virtually anything.
New areas integrated into Basic now include:
- Practical use of Master Slides and Feedback Masters
- Emphasis animations
- Structured use of text styles for design consistency
The Advanced workshop has also undergone structural refinement. Rather than producing separate exercises, participants now build a cohesive, unified learning module. Within that module, they work with:
- Variables to support gamification
- Custom character selection with alternative audio pathways
- Live score tracking across a course
- Countdown timers created using triggers and layers
- Badge allocation based on learner performance
- Expanded use of conditional logic
The result is an applied, professional outcome that mirrors real-world Storyline projects.
Rise 360 Training: Greater Flexibility and Workflow Efficiency
Our Articulate Rise 360 Certified training has similarly evolved. Participants now design and build a Professional Communication Skills introductory module aligned to workplace application.
The workshop includes deeper exploration of the Content Library and how it can accelerate structured, high-quality development.
Custom Blocks are now a central focus. These allow designers to move beyond static template structures and create diagram-based layouts directly within Rise.
There is also increased emphasis on embedding Storyline blocks for custom interactivity — ensuring designers understand when and how to combine the strengths of both tools effectively.
Participants develop reusable block templates, allowing future lessons to be built more efficiently and consistently across programs.
Rise has matured significantly since its launch. Our Certified Articulate Rise training reflects that maturity.
AI in Articulate 360: Structured Capability Development
AI Assistant is now embedded directly inside both Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
When used responsibly, AI can:
- Support initial drafting of learning content
- Generate structured knowledge checks
- Produce realistic AI voiceover with automatic closed captions
- Create images directly within the platform
- Adjust tone for different audiences
- Draft JavaScript triggers for animations
AI accelerates workflow efficiency. It does not replace professional instructional judgement. To support this evolving capability, we have introduced a dedicated Certified Articulate 360 AI Workshop. This program focuses on structured implementation, governance awareness and maintaining editorial control particularly within compliance-driven sectors.
Recognised Digital Credly Badge
