- Full payment is required to confirm your enrolment at least 7 days before the workshop start date.
- Refunds & Transfer:
- 100% refund if you cancel 30 days prior to start date.
- 50% refund if you cancel 14 days prior to start date.
- No refund if you cancel within 14 days of the start date.
- If you cannot attend the workshop, you can transfer your place one time only to the next Virtual Event for a fee of $100. Notice must be provided prior to the start date.
- If you cannot attend the workshop that you have transferred to, the registration will be forfeited with no refund applicable.
- B Online Learning reserves the right to cancel a workshop no less than 7 days ahead of schedule. You are entitled to a full refund.
- Places may be transferred to another team member from your organisation. Notice must be provided at least 7 days prior to the workshop start date.
