We helped Roar build the Reflective Positivity® leadership program which includes eLearning modules and an extensive survey. The Articulate Storyline tool measures various groups of data and to produce a report to determine the appropriate course of action each leader can take to improve their reflection capability. Birch offers extensive data insights for Coaches to use as a development aide during coaching sessions.
